Payment and Cancellation Policy
We submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients; having the insurance companies paying our office directly.
For non-insured patients, payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
For patients with dental insurance, patient's portion (deductible or co-pays) is due at time of service.
We have in-house financing.
We refer outside dental financial companies to our patients.
We will be glad to discuss different payment options that will fit into your situation.
$25 charge for broken appointment with less than 24 hrs notice.
