Multiple Dental Implants

If you wish to replace multiple missing teeth permanently, you may need several dental implants. To replace the function of the tooth roots, titanium implant bases are inserted into the jawbone. Before fitting for a crown, we wait for a period of time for the jawbone to heal over the titanium bases. Following that, abutments are screwed into the implant bases to allow crowns to be connected. Finally, custom-made crowns are affixed to the abutments and act like natural teeth.
